The Read Receipt works fine within the Exchange site on Outlook 2000. When sending from Outlook 2000 via the Exchange server to an internet email address (retrieved using Outlook express, for argument sake - O...@hotmail.com) with a read receipt request, the read receipt is returned fine.

OTSER I have Outlook Express version 5.00.2919.6000 (it came with Internet Explorer 5.1) and under Tools>Options>Receipts there is a section "Requesting Read Receipts". It only works if the recipient's E-mail programme supports it. I am not sure whether this option was new with this version of OE or not?

I have read all the questions in regards to requesting a read receipt in Entourage 2008. I have tried going in to the account and adding Disposition-Notification-To under Header and my email under Value to get this function to work. This did not work however. On Entourage 2004 it did work.
